4 On The Floor was founded by Mirna and Eric Pacheco, lifelong owners and lovers of animals.
While pursuing her certification through Animal Behavior College ‘05, Mirna gained a great deal of
hands on experience in pet care. After certification, she started working closely with rescue
organizations and other trainers in San Diego CA, Seattle WA and now here in Phoenix AZ.
I have worked with over 500 rescued dogs, different breeds and problems. They come aggressive,
scared, shy and neglected.
I rehabilitate animals, train foster parents so that they can be the first helping hand that these
animals get, assist adoption events, and conduct home checks and evaluations.
We offer FREE consultations so that you and your friend can start off on the right paw. Having all
that in mind, in 2008 we started 4 On The Floor, dog training and pet care services. My family and
my pet care professionals are all experienced, huge animal lovers, and people that get up every
Monday morning and look forward to the week.
For your peace of mind all our pet sitters and trainers had passed background check and can
provide references and proof of insurance!
Over the years I have seen many pairs of sad eyes, neglect and abuse. Our goal is to educate pet
owners on the proper care, spaying and neutering, positive training, and welfare of their best friends.
As animal lovers, we are dedicated to their happiness and well-being. We found that, in both our own
experience and in the lives of our clients, a cat, dog, or a bird is much more than just a "pet." He or
she becomes, in essence, a member of the family. Accordingly, it is our express commitment to give
your dog or cat the same level of care, attention, and respect we would give our own. We believe
you will find that services provided by 4 On The Floor far surpass those offered by a traditional
kennel.
